  1. Why is my order delayed?  

Due to the impact of COVID-19 carriers have experienced some shipping delays. 90% of our deliveries ship via USPS and may be delayed. Keep an eye on your email for delivery updates. 

  1.    Where is my order confirmation email? 

Please check the different folders in your email as our emails sometimes get sent to the junk folder.  If you're still having issues confirming your purchase, please email hello@guyanddarren.com for assistance.

We're based in Pennsylvania and Maryland. 

  1. Where are your products shipped from?

We work with printers that are based in different parts of the United States. 

  1. Can I expedite my shipping?

         At this time, we only offer free shipping through our company and so there is no way to expedite shipping.  We figured our customers would appreciate free shipping over the option to pay for various types of shipping.

  1. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

  1.     How can I pay for my order?

 Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

  1. How long will it take me to get my order?

Typically, orders are received, printed, processed and mailed out within 4-5 business days. 

  1. How can I check the status of my order?

       We keep you informed all along the way, which is why you'll receive update emails when your order is received, printed, shipped and out for delivery. 

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?

       We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are usually unable to cancel or make changes to orders. 

  1.    Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but exceptions can be made and we will work with you to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your purchases.  Simply email us at hello@guyanddarren.com so that we can provide you with a return address and instructions.  

  1. How do I return my order?

  1. What do I do if my order is damaged? 

Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team via email at hello@guyanddarren.com 

  1. Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from different printers. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

  1. I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Please contact our customer service team via email at hello@guyanddarren.com so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible. 

  1. Where can I find product sizing information?

 Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

  1. How do I take care of the clothing items?

All of our tee shirts and onesies are made of soft and washable cotton.  Wash in warm water with like colors and air dry, or in a dryer.
